PISTACHIO PUDDING CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
4 eggs
2 pkg. Pistachio pudding mix (instant)
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. milk

Mix all of the above ingredients together for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
1 pt. whipping cream
1 pkg. instant Pistachio pudding mix

Mix whipping cream and pudding mix together until slightly thickened. Fold into Cool Whip. Assembly: Cut cake into 3 layers. Fill with filling. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
