AMARETTO FROSTING 
1/4 c. butter
1 (1 oz.) square unsweetened chocolate
2 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
Dash of salt
2 tbsp. Amaretto
2 tbsp. half and half

Combine butter and chocolate in pan and place over low heat, stirring constantly until melted. Stir in half and half and dash of salt. Stir in Amaretto until combined. Turn off heat. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Frost cool brownies and allow frosting to cool before cutting.
