1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
3 tbsp. butter
5 tbsp. cream (half and half or Carnation milk)
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Combine in saucepan the first 4 ingredients. Bring to boil and add the chocolate chips. When chips are melted, stir until frosting is right consistency for spreading on cake or brownies.
