BUTTER HERB BAKED FISH 
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. crushed saltine crackers or 1 c. bread crumbs, ground up in blender
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. Haddock Fillets

In 13x9 baking pan, melt butter in preheated oven.

Combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, salt and garlic powder. Dip fish fillets in butter and then crumb mixture. Arrange fish fillets in baking pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes at 350 degrees.
