1 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1 egg
1 tbsp. soft butter
1/4 c. half and half
2 sq. bitter chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

Place bowl in ice water, add all ingredients and beat with mixer until frosting holds its shape and has peaks.
