MOCK WHIP CREAM FROSTING 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3 generous tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt
2/3 c. warm milk

Beat together the first 6 items well. Heat milk to warm temperature, and gradually add milk to the other ingredients until creamy and fluffy. Be sure to use an electric mixer for mixing the ingredients.

This frosting can be used as a filling as well as a frosting, and it can be put on a cake and frozen well also.
