WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING 
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
2 whole eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl and beat on high speed for at least 10 minutes or until fluffy like whipped cream. Will frost 2 (9 inch) layers. Refrigerate.

If your eggs are from an unknown source, you may prefer to use pasteurized eggs for this recipe (or store-bought eggs in a carton.)
