WHIP CREAM FROSTING 
1 c. milk
5 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil milk and flour until thick. Stir constantly to prevent sticking and lumping. Set in cold water to cool. Mix butter, shortening, sugar and vanilla real good. Add flour mixture and mix good.
