ISRAELI GREEN SALAD 
1/2 Romaine lettuce
2 big steak, Jersey or Israeli tomatoes
4 sm. cucumbers
1 green pepper
2 to 3 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 scallions

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 squeezed lemon
Salt and pepper
1 big squeezed garlic clove

Cut all vegetables to small pieces. Chop parsley and sprinkle over the tossed vegetables. Stir sauce ingredients and pour on vegetables in the last minute. Enjoy!
