GREEN BEAN SALAD 
4 stalks celery
1 pt. green beans
1 sm. green pepper
1 can English peas
1 onion
1 sm. can pimientos
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/4 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
Paprika

Boil green beans for seven minutes and cool. Mix beans, celery, pepper, peas, onion, pimiento, salt and pepper. Combine oil, water, sugar and vinegar. Marinate vegetables overnight in oil and vinegar mixture. Set in colander and drain one hour before serving. Sprinkle with paprika.
