DELICIOUS GREEN BEANS 
1/2 clove garlic
4 c. cooked green beans
1 onion, sliced thin
2 tsp. sugar
1/2-1 tsp. paprika
1/4-1/2 tsp. salt
1/2-1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. parsley, chopped
5 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. olive oil or salad oil

1. Rub dish or wooden bowl with garlic. Place beans and onions in bowl.

2. Combine sugar, paprika, salt, pepper and oregano, parsley and mustard in small mixing bowl.

3. Add the vinegar.

4. Add 1 tablespoon of oil at a time, stirring well.

5. Pour over beans and onions, mixing lightly.

6. Let stand in refrigerator at least an hour or overnight. Serve hot or cold. As most recipes you can vary the spices.
