PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. vermicelli
2 eggs
1/2 sm. onion
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. pickle relish
1 tsp. dry parsley

Boil vermicelli; drain. Boil eggs; chop and mix well with seasonings. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper; mix into vermicelli. Serve on chilled lettuce leaf.
