PASTA-CHICKEN SALAD 
1 1/2 c. uncooked, sm. shell macaroni
4 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
1/2 c. diced celery
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Lettuce leaves

Cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain.

Combine pasta and remaining ingredients except lettuce, tossing well; chill. Spoon into a lettuce lined bowl. Yield: 8 servings.
