CHICKEN PASTA SALAD 
4 oz. chicken breast halves, boned, skinned
7 oz. box macaroni shells, cooked according to directions; cool
3 c. fresh broccoli florets
1 c. sweet red pepper strips
6 oz. fresh snow peas, trimmed
1/4 c. (each) sliced scallions, oil
1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine macaroni and chicken in large bowl; add next 4 ingredients. Combine next 8 ingredients in a jar; cover tightly and shake well; pour dressing over salad; cover and chill; serve on lettuce.
