PASTA & CHICKEN SALAD 
1 pkg. multi flavored rotelle
6 half chicken breasts
1 sm. zucchini, shredded
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 each green, red & yellow bell peppers, sliced sm. & thin
12 pea pods, blanched & cut into thirds
4-5 tomatoes, seeded & cut in lg. dice
Lawry's pinch of herbs to taste

Cook rotelle according to directions. Cook, skin and bone chicken breasts. Slice chicken and add strips to pasta. Add rest of ingredients and toss with pinch of herbs. Just before serving add HIDDEN VALLEY® garden herb dressing to taste. Serve in red cabbage leaves. Add more chicken if desired. Other dressings of your choice may be used. Serves 8.
