CHEESE CAKE 
1 lb. cream cheese
1 lb. pot or farmers cheese
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Juice of 1/2 lemon
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 lb. butter (sweet) melted
1 pt. sour cream

Add each ingredient in order. Beat well after each addition. Bake at 350 degrees. Pour into (greased) spring pan. Bake for 1 hour. Turn off oven and leave cake in oven for 1 hour. Don't open oven while baking for the 1 hour.
