OVEN SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
3/4 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (7 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti, broken in 2" pieces
1 c. shredded cheddar or process American cheese (4 oz.)

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook ground beef and onions in 10" skillet, stirring frequently until beef is brown; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese; break up tomatoes. Pour into ungreased 2 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and bake about 45 minutes. Stirring occasionally until spaghetti is tender. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
