FROZEN CUKE PICKLES 
2 qts. unpeeled thin sliced cukes
2 lg. onions, sliced
2 tbsp. canning salt
1 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar

Mix the first 3 ingredients together and let stand 2 to 3 hours. Mix together the vinegar and sugar. Stir together until the sugar is dissolved. DO NOT BOIL! After 3 hours, drain cukes and rinse well. Pour the vinegar-sugar mixture over rinsed cukes and onions. Mix well. Pour into freezer containers. (DELICIOUS, BUT NOT FOR DIABETICS.)
