FINGER PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter
Milk
Unbaked pie shell

Put all ingredients except milk into unbaked pie shell. Mix with fingers while adding a little milk at a time. Continue mixing and adding milk until pie shell is full. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Turn off oven and leave in oven until pie cools.
