SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
28 oz. can whole tomatoes (cut up, keep juice)
1 lg. can tomato paste
1 sm. can tomato paste
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf
Several dried flakes or green peppers
Pinch of hot red peppers seeds (optional)

Cook 1 hour; add your choice of meat, but brown it before adding.
