1 box Duncan butter cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges, juice & all

Grease and flour 3 layer pans. Beat these ingredients together until smooth and oranges are broken into small pieces. Bake 3 layers at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done.

ICING FOR THIS CAKE:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, incl. juice
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
9 oz. Cool Whip

Beat until thick, fold in 9 ounce carton Cool Whip. Spread between layers. Cake must be kept in refrigerator.
