VERY EASY PINEAPPLE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 lg. can (20 oz.) pineapple (undrained)

Mix dry ingredients. Add oil, eggs and pineapple. Stir by hand. Bake in 9 x 13 pan approximately 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

Mix 1 small can Pet milk, 1 stick butter, and 1 cup sugar. Boil slowly for 10 minutes. Add 1 cup nuts and coconut. Mix well. Spread on hot cake.
