SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/3 c. milk
1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Topping:

1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. plain flour
1 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all casserole ingredients and put in casserole dish.

Topping: Combine brown sugar and flour. Melt butter in saucepan. Add sugar mixture. Stir until dissolved. Add nuts and vanilla; mix well. Put on top.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
