COUNTRY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
16 oz. pkg. frozen peas & carrots, cooked & drained
12 oz. macaroni, cooked & drained

Heat cheese, milk and Miracle Whip over low heat; stir until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. 6 to 8 servings.
