FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (15 oz.) pkg. sugar cookie mix
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
Assorted fresh or canned fruits, drained
1/3 c. apricot preserves
2 tbsp. fruit juice

Prepare cookie mix according to package directions. Pat into greased 12 inch pizza pan, forming rim; bake according to package directions. Cool.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice; spread on crust. Arrange fruit over cream cheese mixture using a different fruit for each ring or if using canned fruits simply spread on top. Combine preserves and fruit juice; drizzle over fruit. Chill.
