THE MIRACLE SOUP DIET 
1 lg. onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 peeled tomatoes
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 stalks celery, diced (including leaves)
2 carrots, diced
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 bay leaf
2 qt. water
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Bring water to a boil and add bouillon cubes, garlic powder, pepper and bay leaf; cook 5 minutes. Add all other ingredients except tomatoes and boil gently until vegetables are tender. Add tomatoes and boil gently until tomatoes are heated through.

NOTE: Beef bouillon cubes or vegetable bouillon cubes may be used as a variation. Also, you may add red pepper and Tabasco sauce. You may eat all of the soup you want along with the items suggested for each day.
