REBECCA'S SPICY MIRACLE DIET
SOUP
 
Very low calorie and tastes great!

1 large onion, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 large head of cabbage, chopped
3 chipotle peppers, chopped
2 smoked sausages, chopped
1 (28 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp. olive oil (I use EVOO)
seasonings (your choice)

Chop onions, celery, cabbage, peppers and sausages.

Sauté in large pot; olive oil, onions, peppers, celery and sausages until onions are tender.

Add cabbage and seasonings of your choice and cook on medium low heat until cabbage is cooked down.

Add tomatoes and cook an additional 30 minutes. Enjoy!
