SHRIMP PILAU 
4 oz. bacon, cut up
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes with juice, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen okra (sliced)
1 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp
2 tbsp. hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. uncooked rice

In large saucepan cook bacon and onion until onion is nearly tender. Stir in undrained tomatoes, sliced okra, rice, hot sauce, water, salt and pepper.

Simmer, covered for 20 minutes. Add shrimp. Cover and cook another 5 minutes or until shrimp are done.
