SHRIMP PILAU 
4 slices bacon
1 c. raw rice
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped bell pepper
2 c. cleaned shrimp
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. flour

Fry bacon until crisp. Cook the rice, using the bacon grease as seasoning. In another pan melt butter, add onions, celery, and bell pepper. Cook until tender. Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce on shrimp and mix in flour. Add shrimp to pot, stir and simmer until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Add cooked rice and mix until rice is coated with shrimp mixture. You may have to add more butter. Stir in crisp bacon which has been crumbled. Serve hot.
