HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag or squares hash browns
1 3/4 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter, melted
1 lb. carton sour cream
8 oz. sharp or med. Cheddar cheese, grated
Pepper

Lay or spread hash browns in 9x13 inch pan. Mix other ingredients, pour over potatoes. Top with 1 cup crushed chips or corn flakes. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
