EVA'S LEMON CHESS PIE | |
1/2 c. butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 4 eggs 1/2 c. milk 1 tbsp. cornmeal 1/4 c. lemon juice, grated rind Use either cooked or uncooked pastry shell. Cream sugar and butter, adding eggs, one at a time. Add milk and lemon juice. Blend in cornmeal. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Done when firm in the center (golden brown). |
