1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 c. diced apples
1/2 c. diced orange
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 tsp. grated orange rind

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 1/2 cup cold water. Gradually add Jello to salad dressing; mix well. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in remaining ingredients. Chill until firm.
