ICE CREAM PIE 
CHOCOLATE COCONUT PIE CRUST:

2 sq. semi sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. confectioners' sugar
3 tbsp. hot water
1 1/2 c. shredded coconut

Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Mix sugar and water together and add to chocolate mixture. Add coconut. Mix well and press into 8 inch pie plate. Chill thoroughly.

FILLING:

1 pt. strawberry ice cream, softened
1 banana
1 pt. vanilla Swiss Almond ice cream, softened
