ITALIAN BEEF 
2 - 10 lbs. beef (chuck, shoulder or arm roast)
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix (dry)
3 c. water
1 tsp. each oregano, basil, paprika, red pepper, & garlic salt

Put raw meat in large pan or Dutch oven, cover with water. Add seasonings. Cook together slowly until tender. When meat is done, take out of liquid and shred it. Put shredded meat back in the juice. Serve on hard rolls or French bread. I generally put this all on in a crock pot in the morning and come home to my meal ready, except to add a salad.
