ITALIAN BEEF 
2 to 3 lb. rump roast
1 bay leaf
2 to 3 c. water
1 tsp. each: salt, parsley, garlic salt, pepper, oregano and basil
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix

Combine spices in pan; bring to a boil and pour over rump roast in crock pot. Cook until fork tender. Pull meat to shreds with fork and return to spice broth in crock pot. Serve on hard rolls.
