ITALIAN BEEF 
Arm or chuck roast, sliced (easier to slice if a bit frozen)
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. oregano
3 bay leaves
2 c. bouillon
Onion

Brown beef and place in roaster or aluminum foil. Add spices, bouillon and onion. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 to 4 hours.
