BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
SAUCE:

2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
Dried onion to taste
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
6 hard boiled eggs
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
12 slices bacon (cooked ahead and crushed)

Layer sauce, sliced eggs, bacon, and chips. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6. Can be doubled, triples, etc. for the size of your group. Can be made a day ahead and baked before eating. Serve with bagels and cream cheese.
