BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 c. cream of chicken soup
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Saltine crackers, crumbled in buttered skillet

Cook broccoli well done and drain; set aside. Blend first ingredients and spoon in a buttered casserole dish a layer of broccoli, cheese mixture, and cracker crumbs until all are used. Sprinkle cracker crumbs and grated cheese on top. Bake 20-25 minutes at 325 degrees.
