CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. oil in skillet
1/2 to 3/4 jar cheese whiz
1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
Milk to thin
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook onion and broccoli in skillet with oil 5 to 10 minutes until tender. Add soup, heat, and add cheese whiz. Add milk to thin. Add chicken to taste, serve over cooked rice.
