BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
4 slices cubed bread
1 c. sharp cheese

Saute sausage, drain, beat eggs with milk and salt. Layer sausage, bread and cheese in 9"x13" dish. Pour egg mixture over top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to stand for a few minutes before cutting. 6 to 8 servings. Variation: Add 1 teaspoon dry mustard.
