3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream
3/4 c. milk
Dash of hot sauce
1 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper
3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 unbaked 8-inch pastry shell

Combine first 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat well. Stir in cheese. Pour mixture into a pastry shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
