RAISIN CREAM PIE 
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. water
1 c. cream
3/4 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 egg whites
6 tbsp. sugar
1 pastry shell

Combine raisins and water, simmer 5 minutes. Mix next 5 ingredients. Cook over direct heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Pour into baked pie shell. Make a meringue out of egg whites, top pie and brown slightly.
