RANCHERS SAUSAGE 
3 lbs. Italian sausage

Cut in smaller pieces and baked at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

SAUCE:

8 oz. can tomato sauce
4 oz. wine
2 oz. steak sauce
1/4 tsp. cumin seed
1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 oz. Tabasco sauce

Combine and simmer. Add drained sausage pieces and cook or bake at 250 degrees for about another hour. Just simmer on top of stove if you wish.
