PORK CHOP CREOLE 
6 pork chops
1/4 c. port wine
3 cans Campbell's chicken gumbo soup (do not add water to soup)

Fry pork chops and remove the grease. Add soup and wine to pork chops in skillet and simmer 30 minutes. Serve over minute rice and pork chops. Serves 6.
