MOCK CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. crushed potato chips
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/3 c. milk
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 1/2 can tuna fish
1/2 c. chopped pimento
1 sm. pkg. frozen sm. peas

Place half of crushed potato chips in greased casserole, then add remaining ingredients in layers to the top of casserole. Then top with crushed chips and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
