MOCK CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken
1/2 c. condensed milk (Pet)
1 c. diced meat (cooked chicken, veal, pork or tuna may be used)
1 c. drained canned peas, finely cut
3 tbsp. pimento
2 c. crushed potato chips
Dash of pepper

Grease a shallow 1 quart baking dish. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the soup, milk and pepper, blending until smooth. Add the meat, peas and pimento. Arrange in the baking dish in layers, starting with a layer of potato chips, meat mixture, etc. ending with a layer of potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until bubbly hot. Serves 4.
