MOCK FRIED CHICKEN 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 c. non-fat buttermilk
1 c. corn flake crumbs
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix corn flake crumbs and seasonings. Dip chicken breast into buttermilk, then into corn flake crumbs mixture. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
