IMPERIAL OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
2 c. bread or corn flake crumbs
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed or 1 tsp. dry garlic
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 chicken, cut up (8 to 12 pieces)
1/2 c. melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crumbs, cheese, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Dip chicken pieces into batter. Roll to coat well. Arrange chicken in a single layer in shallow baking dish. Pour any remaining batter over chicken. Bake 1 hour or until tender. Serves 8.
