OVEN FRIED HERB CHICKEN 
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken
3/4 c. corn flakes, crushed
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. Mazola butter
3/4 c. crackers, crushed fine
1 env. garlic salad dressing mix (garlic & herb)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Dry chicken with paper towel. Combine next 5 ingredients. Mix well. Melt butter, add lemon juice. Dip chicken in butter. Dredge in cracker mixture. Place chicken in well buttered baking dish. Dribble remaining butter over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
