OVEN FRIED MUSTARD CHICKEN 
1 1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. crumbled rosemary
Dry or fresh ground pepper
3 c. bran flakes
6 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
6 chicken thighs, skins removed

In bowl combine lemon juice, garlic, rosemary and pepper. Coat chicken with mustard mixture. In ziplock bag combine bran flakes and Parmesan cheese. Place chicken in bag and shake to coat chicken with crumb mixture. Arrange chicken in pan and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
